Getting the timing right
Christenings are usually planned weeks ahead, which works in your favour. The 2D preview appears in under three minutes, the team prepares the 3D model within 24 business hours of your approval, and unpainted figurines ship within 10 business days.
The simple rule: order two to three weeks before the ceremony. For a hand painted figurine, allow 20 to 25 days and build in some margin. Parcels ship with tracking, in reinforced packaging with custom fitted padding, to France and every country in the European Union.
Choosing the right photo
A sharp, front facing photo with a well lit face is the foundation of a good result. Avoid cropping someone out of a group shot, as it usually turns blurry once you zoom in.
Very fine accessories such as thin glasses, small jewellery and cords are simplified or removed so the figurine stays printable. And the photo you upload is deleted after the generation.
