Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sales of 3D printed items available on the Minivatar website. These conditions apply from the order placed by the customer and define the obligations of the parties.

2.Products and Prices

The products sold on Minivatar are 3D printed objects, personalized or standard, as described on each product page. Prices displayed are in euros or dollars depending on geography and are exempt from VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI). Minivatar reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time.

3.Order

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

• Product selection
• Cart validation
• Delivery information entry
• Secure payment

The customer will receive an order confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance of the sales contract between the parties.

4.Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means indicated on the site. Minivatar uses security protocols to ensure the protection of banking information.

5.Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product type. Minivatar cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond its control.

6.Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of items to return non-personalized products. Items must be returned in their original condition. Personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

7.Warranty and Compliance

Minivatar guarantees that products comply with their description on the site. In case of defect or non-compliance, the customer is invited to contact our customer service within 7 days after reception to find a solution.

8.Liability

Minivatar cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. In case of dispute, Minivatar's liability is limited to the order amount.

9.Intellectual Property

All elements of the site, including texts, images, and designs, are the exclusive property of Minivatar and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10.Data Protection

Minivatar respects the provisions of personal data protection regulations. Information collected is used only to process orders. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

11.Modification of Terms and Conditions of Sale

Minivatar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications apply as soon as they are posted online for all new orders.

12.Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before initiating proceedings before the competent courts.
