Human figurines come in three renders:
- Chibi: big round head, large eyes, smooth surfaces. The cutest of the three and often the Valentine's favourite.
- Complex: rich in detail and fine textures, for maximum likeness.
- Simplified: bright, flat colours, five colours max, easy to paint if you want to add colour yourself.

Order in time for February 14th
Valentine's Day won't move, so plan ahead. The 2D preview shows up in under three minutes, the 3D model is prepared within 24 business hours of your approval, and unpainted figurines ship within 10 business days.
The simple rule: order two to three weeks before February 14th, so late January at the latest. For a hand-painted figurine, allow 20 to 25 days and aim for the first half of January. Keep the surprise
No need to ask them for a photo and spoil it: your phone almost certainly has a good one. Pick one that's sharp, front-facing, with a well-lit face. Skip close-up selfies and cropped group shots.
